Meet the Owner: Huey Nieves

Hi, I'm Huey Nieves, owner of Huey Electrical. I’ve been working in the electrical trade for 15 years, proudly serving Central and North Jersey — including Essex and Bergen Counties.

When I started this business, my goal was simple: do honest work and treat people with respect. That’s still how I run things today. I believe in clear communication, showing up on time, and letting you know exactly what needs to be done—no more, no less. If something isn’t necessary, I’ll tell you.
One of my favorite parts of the job is troubleshooting. I enjoy solving problems and making things work again. I also take pride in the way things look when I’m done—neat, clean wiring and quality craftsmanship you can see.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and a father of four. My family means everything to me. We’re active in our church, and I support local causes like MCC Ministries. I’m also a member of the Essex County Contractors Association, where I stay connected with others in the industry.
